The source is worth noting here because it's better than most. The file comes from storage.googleapis.com, which is Google Cloud Storage. Uwin33 hosts its APK on Google's own infrastructure rather than on a rotating third-party domain, as several offshore operators do.

That doesn't tell you anything about the code inside the file. It does mean the hosting itself isn't a question mark, which isn't true everywhere in this market.
