Pakistan Super League (PSL)

PSL 12 runs from 18 March to 2 May 2027, with eight teams after Hyderabad Kingsmen and Rawalpindiz joined in 2026. Decimal odds show your total return for every RM 1, including your stake. A RM 100 bet on India at 1.543 returns RM 154.30.

Malay odds work differently. Positive Malay odds show your profit for every RM 1, so 0.54 means RM 54 profit on RM 100. Negative Malay odds show how much you stake to win RM 1, so -0.66 means you risk RM 66 to win RM 100.

US odds show how much you win on a US$100 bet (+152) or how much you need to stake to win US$100 (-184).

Implied chance and the margin. Divide 1 by the decimal odds to get the implied chance. Add up all three outcomes and you get 106.5%. The extra 6.5% is the bookmaker's margin. 1xBet's own "probability of winning" bar showed India 61%, New Zealand 37%, and a tie 2%, which is the same calculation with the margin taken out.

What's a value bet? A value bet is when you think the real chance is higher than the implied chance. If you believe India win this match 70% of the time, fair odds would be 1.43, so 1.543 is a value bet. Over many bets, finding value is the only way to beat the margin.

How three-way Test odds differ. In Tests, the draw is a real outcome, not a rare tie. For example, odds of 2.10 for team A, 3.40 for the draw, and 3.60 for team B mean the draw is rated almost as likely as team B winning. Rain forecasts and flat pitches shorten the draw, while result pitches lengthen it.

Weather and match changes decide more cricket bets than in any other sport. These are the most common rules at Malaysian-facing sportsbooks, but always check your site's cricket rules before you bet.

Abandoned matches. If a match is abandoned with no official result, match winner bets are usually void and your stake is returned. If the officials declare a result, bets are settled on it.

Reduced overs. When rain shortens a limited-overs match, match winner bets usually stand on the official result. Total runs and innings runs bets placed before the reduction are often void, since the line no longer makes sense.

The DLS method. The Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method resets the target for the team batting second when overs are lost. If a team wins on DLS, that's the official result, and match bets are settled on it.

Super overs and ties. In T20s, a tie usually goes to a super over. In a 1X2 market, "X" often wins if the scores are level after the regular overs, while two-way markets like "Team Wins" usually include the super over. Check which applies before you bet.

Draws in Tests. A Test draw is not a tie. A tie is when both teams finish on the same score with all innings complete, which has happened only twice in Test history.

Player left out of the XI. Top batter, top bowler, and player run bets are usually void if your player isn't in the playing XI. If your player is in the XI but doesn't bat, the bet usually stands and loses. In the IPL, check how your site treats Impact Player substitutes.

Retired hurt. If a batter retires hurt, their runs still count for top batter and player run markets, even if they don't come back.
