Every review on MBS starts with a real account, a real deposit, and money we stand to lose. Here's exactly how we test betting sites, apps, bonuses, and payment methods — and what we do when we can't verify something.

5. Requests a withdrawal where our testing has reached that stage, and records the actual processing time along with any friction, method restrictions, minimums, or verification requests. Where we haven't yet completed a withdrawal on an operator, we say so on the review rather than quoting a figure we haven't measured.
6. Contact customer support with at least one real question we need answered, at a time we note, so response times in our reviews are measured rather than assumed.

Every review is written by a named author and checked by a second person before publication. Both appear at the top of the page, and both link to a profile explaining their background and what they cover.

What We Check on Licensing

Licensing is the part of a review most likely to be copied rather than checked, so we treat it separately:

• We read the operator's site footer and terms pages for the license number and operating company.
• Where the license isn't displayed, we ask live support directly and say so in the review.
• We verify the license number against the regulator's own register where one is publicly searchable.
• We name the actual licensing jurisdiction, not a friendlier-sounding one. If an operator has moved from one regulator to another, we say so and explain what changed for the player.

Our Standards for What Gets Published

How Often We Re-Check Everything
